Try It!

I invite you to call my local system for a demo. The telephone number is (919)844-3644. Enter member services, using the member passcode "123456". You will be able to "read" all schedules, but adding or deleting schedule entries will be limited to the DEMO schedule. The only non-intuitive aspect of using ARSA is time/date entry, which is explained below. Please do not change the passcode unless you change it back to "123456" before you quit.

A time/date is entered using 4-8 digits in the format "MMDDHHHH" where MM is the month, DD is the date, and HHHH is the time in 24 hour format. You need only enter the minimum required data as it assumes the current month and date as the default.

Examples:

  • Today is August 10th and you wish to enter a time for 8:00 AM, just "0800" will suffice.
  • The time of 0800 on August 11th would be "110800".
  • October 1st at 12:00 Noon would be "10011200". Just keep in mind that if you need to enter a month, the date MUST be 2 digits so if the desired date is less than 10, add a leading "0".
The '*' is used as the ENTER key for multi-digit entries. The '#' is the ESCAPE or cancel key.

By the way, your member number while using the demo passcode will be 18. You will need this should you wish to send yourself a voice mail and then play it to hear how the voice mail system works (go ahead!). I invite you to send me voice mail to member 0 (zero) and let me know your impressions!
